We absolutely loved everything about our stay at this jaw-dropping Spanish property! The rooms were impeccably clean and the enormous, super comfortable beds were a dream. The owners, Ana and her husband, were the perfect hosts and made us feel incredibly welcome. The food was mind-blowing, from the delicious dinner to the incredible Spanish breakfast. Ana even suggested a breathtaking beach to visit nearby, which was totally worth it. We will definitely be returning for a longer stay next time. Thank you for an amazing experience!

We had a wonderful stay at a quiet and atmospheric rural location on the edge of a village. The staff at Posada Condado De La Mota were lovely and the food and hospitality were top-notch. Despite the individual style of the place, it was very comfortable and the historic room we stayed in was beautifully fitted. The location was also ideal for exploring the region, with fantastic beaches just a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was perfect for us Peregrinos, a garden to rest our tired feet and a terrace with river views to sip our wine. The free private parking was a lifesaver, as were the endless G&Ts. But the highlight was the hilarious menu translation – who needs proper Polish when you have Google Translate?
Well, I missed out on a 4 am visit from the local cat while my parents got all the attention. Heartbroken, truly.

amazing country retreat, great for group visits. Rustic charm meets modern amenities in a beautifully renovated 16th century building. Ana and Ángel, the friendly owners, offer delicious home-cooked meals and a fresh breakfast selection. Lovely setting with easy access to Santander and the region. Will definitely return.

Always stay at my go-to place in Mogro. No regrets. Staff helped find parking at my first stay. Has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, free parking, bar, flat-screen TV. Perfect for my hiking and water sports trips. Pets allowed. No smoking on site. Coming back soon.

Our stay at the hotel was definitely worth the money. The room was fantastic, with a huge, super comfy bed and the whole property had a charming Spanish character. The location was perfect, nestled in the countryside with beautiful views of the fields and river. The staff, especially Ana and her husband, were amazing hosts and made us feel right at home. We even got some great recommendations for places to visit, like the stunning beach at Barrio La Arnia. We can't wait to return and stay for longer next time!
The breakfast selection could use a little improvement, perhaps adding more variety to the options available. But overall, it was a minor issue in an otherwise delightful stay.

loved the rustic charm and modern amenities at this lovely family-run posada. Ana and Angel were welcoming and attentive hosts, offering a delicious home-cooked dinner on arrival and a wonderful Spanish breakfast. The superior room's enormous bed was incredibly comfortable. Ana's suggestion to visit Barrio La Arnia beach was worth it, we took great photos. Can't wait to return.

Offering a garden and a terrace, this property is like a tranquil oasis amidst the bustling Camino del Norte. As a weary Peregrino, I found solace in the peaceful surroundings, enjoying the serene views of the river from the sun terrace. It was the perfect place to unwind and recharge for the next stage of my journey.
Limited tea/coffee facilities.

Lovely old building, modern amenities. Delicious home-cooked dinner. Welcoming and attentive owners. Fresh and good quality breakfast. Beautifully renovated and rustic charm. Short drive to fantastic beaches.
Off-street parking closed, had to park on the street. Area is safe, but peace of mind would be better.

With our little ones in tow, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the charming baby-friendly room at this lovely countryhouse. The hosts, Ana and Ángel, made us feel right at home, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The rustic yet cozy atmosphere added an extra touch of warmth to our family vacation.
My children wanted more outdoor play areas for added entertainment.

Perfect place for pilgrims to take a break during the Camino del Norte. Loved the garden, terrace, and river views. And don't forget the thrilling free private parking! Wi-Fi was only offered in public areas so I got to mingle with fellow guests while surfing the net.
Who needs Wi-Fi in their room anyway? Definitely not me.

I had a truly exceptional stay at a beautiful countryhouse in Cantabria. The owners, Ana and Ángel, were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The highlight was the delicious food, especially the menu of the day for dinner. Ana even translated the menu from Spanish to Polish, making it a funny and personalized experience. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to explore the region. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

Our family had a blast exploring the nearby Barrio La Arnia beach, recommended by the friendly owner. The kids couldn't get enough of the sandy shore and crystal-clear waters. It was the perfect spot for building sandcastles and collecting seashells. We captured precious memories while taking plenty of photos to cherish forever. Thank you for the wonderful suggestion!
My kids wished there were more outdoor activities available for children.

The hotel is nestled in the beautiful countryside, surrounded by fields and a river. The views are stunning and provide a peaceful and calm atmosphere. The rooms have a rustical feel, with the building dating back to the 16th century. The beds are comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The owner is charming and went out of their way to provide a translated menu in Polish, making it a delightful and unique experience. The food and wine are delicious, and the breakfast buffet offers good value for money.
The staff could have been more welcoming and friendly, which was a small contrast to the outstanding location.
